I just realized it's almost been a week since I wrote anything so I have to write *something*.

Hot enough for you all out here?

it's sure hot for me as I don't have air conditioning at home or in the car. Wednesday night after the "thunderstorm" I hopped on my bike and pedaled around Newton. It was fun and not as warm as one might think. But one nice thing about this intense heat is that it's wonderful at night - even on a bike. So I'll strap on some barely-there bike gear and be-bop around town on my own power. Sometimes I just love biking around side streets dodging traffic. The scariest traffic situation I've ever been in was when I biked across Kenmore Square. Exhilerating but frightening all at the same time.

Trying a new facial hair experience. See if anybody notices it!

Going this weekend to my sci-fi club to watch a Doctor Who marathon. Should be exciting! I might even win a Dalek T-shirt from a Weakest Link game. Looking forward to that.
